Meet The Team
Jeff Lindstrom
Jeff is the Principal of Team Health Insurance and brings nearly 20 years of experience in the health insurance industry. A longtime Wallingford local, he’s passionate about helping people find coverage they can feel good about—without the stress or confusion. In his spare time, you’ll find Jeff gardening in his front yard and pouring coffees for the community at his small, family-owned coffee shop.
Michelle Pacheco
Michelle brings a unique background in social work and project management to her client work at Team Health Insurance. She takes a thoughtful, client-centered approach, combining careful attention to detail with a solid understanding of the health care landscape to help individuals and families navigate their insurance needs with confidence. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor adventures and travel with her husband, daughters and their two dogs in the PNW and beyond!
Stefan Ogden
Stefan brings sharp attention to detail and a strong understanding of the ever-changing insurance landscape. He takes the time to really listen, making sure each customer gets a plan that fits their unique situation and needs. Outside of work, Stefan enjoys skiing, hiking with his wife & two dogs, and making crepes on Saturday mornings.
Ann Miller
Ann brings over 30 years of experience helping people make sense of health insurance and still finds real joy in the work. After building and selling her own brokerage, she continues to support clients with the same care, taking time to understand each situation and guide them to the right solution. Originally from the Seattle area, where much of her career was built, she approaches each case with a sense of ownership and a goal of making the process feel less overwhelming. Outside of work, Ann enjoys traveling with her husband and children, and loves every animal she meets.
Dana Concannon
Dana is a Seattle native and Western Washington University graduate. She brings a kind and welcoming experience to clients from her 10 years in the customer service industry. Outside of work, you can find Dana around the city enjoying live music and exploring new restaurants.
Chelsea Nokes
Chelsea has over 25 years of experience in group benefits. She works to demystify the often confusing medical benefits world and assist with the day-to-day needs of our clients. In her downtime she loves to spend time with her husband, daughter, and their pets. She loves to travel and is learning to play golf.
